CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

BICYCLE TECHNICIANS

FULL TIME: EXETER CITY • EXETER OUTTA TOWN

We are looking for experienced bicycle technicians to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing and repairing a wide range of bikes, including electric bikes. We will also consider applicants from other mechanical backgrounds such as motor vehicle technicians.

Training and manufacturer courses will be available for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carrying out servicing and repairs to a high standard
  • Building new bikes and completing pre-delivery inspections
  • Diagnosing faults and advising customers on repairs
  • Managing workshop bookings and schedules
  • Processing warranty work in conjunction with the warranty manager
  • Monitoring workshop stock and ordering parts when required

Our workshops are customer-facing, so strong communication and customer service skills are important.

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in-store and on the phone
  • Maintaining excellent workshop presentation and cleanliness
  • Using EPOS systems and workshop software
  • Developing ongoing product and industry knowledge
  • Supporting the retail team when required

SALES ASSISTANTS / MANAGERS

FULL TIME: EXETER CITY • EXETER OUTTA TOWN

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people who enjoy working with customers and delivering excellent service. Previous retail experience is preferred, and cycling knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in-store, online, and over the phone
  • Providing knowledgeable advice on bikes, accessories, and clothing
  • Building long-term customer relationships and loyalty
  • Maintaining excellent retail presentation and merchandising standards
  • Using EPOS systems and handling transactions
  • Developing product and industry knowledge
  • Assisting customers with bike sizing and product selection

BIKE BUILDER

FULL TIME: EXETER

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bike Builder to join our warehouse and workshop team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building bikes to a high standard and completing final quality checks
  • Preparing bikes safely and securely for dispatch or collection
  • Ensuring all chargers, accessories, and documentation are included
  • Communicating with customers regarding delivery and collection times
  • Assisting with stock organisation and warehouse duties
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and minor adjustments where required

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

FULL TIME: EXETER

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and organised E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a varied hands-on role focused on e-commerce operations, warehouse support, customer service, and digital marketing assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Picking and packing bikes, parts, accessories, and clothing for dispatch
  • Organising couriers and managing outgoing shipments
  • Managing stock movement and assisting with inventory control
  • Uploading and maintaining website product listings
  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Assisting with website updates, SEO, newsletters, and social media content
  • Supporting day-to-day e-commerce and marketing activities

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous e-commerce, retail, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Interest in cycling and bike products advantageous
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social media platforms desirable
  • Comfortable lifting and moving bikes and boxes
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
