We are great supporters of shopping locally due to the benefits it has on our local economy, employment, and community.
However, we do not want to see you disadvantaged by choosing to shop with us and we, therefore, will match any UK based competitors’ prices on the following conditions:

• The product must be available with the UK supplier even if discontinued or an older model.
• If assembly is required there may be an additional charge for this.
  Please note: If collecting your bike from one of our stores it will come fully assembled, ready to ride and if it is an electric bike the software will be updated. In addition there is a free first service/safety check within the first 6-10 weeks. All this makes the warranty more robust.
  If we are price matching we reserve the right to charge for these services.
• We reserve the right to contact the seller to verify the price/availability/accuracy etc.
• Used, ex-demo, ex-display, returns, pay by finance and all online auction sites do not qualify.

Where the item does not match the above, we still attempt to be competitive in terms of price, quality, and service.
