All of our prices are listed at the RRP given to us by our suppliers, unless stated otherwise. All prices (including postage) already include VAT. Zero VAT rated products include Cycle Helmets and Children’s clothing.
We accept payment from most major debit/credit cards via SagePay. All transaction information passed between The Bike Shed (www.bikesheduk.com) and Sage Pay is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from our servers to Sage Pay is signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

We check our stock daily and regularly update it to ensure it is correct. However there maybe incidences when an item displayed “In Stock” maybe unavailable for same day dispatch. In the event of this happening we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any delay.
The terms “In Stock” means the item is available in our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours. “In Stock (2 – 5 Days)” means it is currently in stock at another branch and will take 2 – 5 days to dispatch the order. “Out of Stock” means the item is not held by Bike Shed, but may still be available from our supplier, please contact us for more info.
When placing an order you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and an Order Reference Number.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us. We will always make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.
Discounts made under a specific discount code do not include any products highlighted as non-inclusive on said offer. Finance is not available on any orders which have had a discount code applied to them.
