The Minoura MagRide 60R is a simple, reliable and easy-to-use magnetic turbo trainer for indoor cycling, winter training, fitness sessions and pre-race warm-ups.
Made in Japan, the MagRide 60R combines Minoura's proven magnetic resistance system with 7 adjustable resistance levels, allowing you to easily change the intensity of your workout without getting off the bike. The detachable handlebar-mounted remote lever puts resistance control within easy reach while you're riding.
Producing up to 425 watts of resistance at 25mph / 40km/h, the MagRide 60R provides plenty of range for general fitness, structured training and keeping your legs moving when the weather makes riding outside less appealing.
Minoura's magnetic resistance unit uses an original ferrite magnet together with a dual steel disc flywheel to provide a smooth and consistent ride. The trainer's wide footprint provides excellent stability, while its steel frame keeps things reassuringly solid without making it unnecessarily difficult to move or store.
The supplied remote resistance lever mounts conveniently to your handlebars, giving you seven resistance settings to choose from as you ride.
Whether you're spinning easily for a warm-up or increasing the resistance for a harder training session, changing your effort is quick and straightforward.
The compact design makes the MagRide 60R a great choice for indoor cycling at home, but it's equally useful for riders looking for a portable turbo trainer to take to races and events for warming up.
It's compatible with a wide range of bikes, accommodating wheel sizes from 24-inch through to 700c with tyres up to 45mm wide.
Want to make your indoor sessions more interactive? The MagRide 60R can be used with training platforms including Zwift, Kinomap and LiveTraining when paired with compatible speed and/or cadence sensors.
Please note that the MagRide 60R is a traditional magnetic turbo trainer and does not have built-in smart resistance control.
