Removing the Kado RSX’s internal battery is a dream for storage, battery swaps, or off-the-bike charging: just open the battery cover, undo the captive bolt, and slide the battery out. To replace, just do the reverse. Simple. Every Kado can also take both 600Wh and 800Wh batteries so if you decide to buy a spare so you can change the stock 800Wh battery out for a smaller capacity battery for shorter rides.
With the Bosch Smart System – which links up the Kado RSX's top-tube Bosch Kiox 400C LCD display, battery and motor via the eBike Flow app – you have even more information at your fingertips (both on the toptube display, and on your smartphone) to manage, tailor and personalise your bike just how you want to get even more from your riding: tune the motor support levels; upgrade to the latest motor software updates, and more. The SRAM’s AXS wireless electronic rear mech is directly wired into the bike’s main battery, so you’ll never need to remember to charge your gears again.

Simply arrange a convenient time with your local store and our bike mechanics will give your bike a thorough check and tune up to ensure you're riding as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Your free service needs to be taken between approximately 6 weeks and a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Please note: To qualify for the free service you are responsible for bringing your bike into a store. Unfortunately collections are not possible.
