The new Bosch CX motor is lighter than its predecessor but still delivers an impressive 85 newton meters of torque, making every ride smooth. The new, extra-large 800 Wh PowerTube battery guarantees a generous range.
A durable Shimano Cues transmission with eleven gears ensures precise shifting for the long haul. For extra comfort, the bike features a suspension seat post, an adjustable stem, and a Suntour Mobie 34 suspension fork with 100 millimeters of travel. The versatile, integrated IC 3.0 luggage rack is sturdy enough to carry almost any load, Whether you're commuting or touring. Thanks to the full equipment and, not least, our renowned Efficient Comfort Geometry, you can fully focus on the ride.
A significant performance boost for compatible CUBE bikes fitted with selected BDU38 Performance Line motors will be available from 4 May 2026. The upgrade is available simply by using the Bosch eBike Flow App. No other action is needed.
After downloading Performance Update 2.0 via the eBike Flow app, you can now choose to increase these peak values up to 120Nm torque , 600% support and 750 watts, with peak power also available for longer periods depending on riding conditions.
Maximum rider support of up to 600% is limited to speeds between 0 and 15km/h (this doesn't affect the speed limit of 25km/h for pedal assistance, which remains the same). Some trekking and city bikes equipped with hub gears may have lower performance increases to remain within manufacturer recommendations.

Simply arrange a convenient time with your local store and our bike mechanics will give your bike a thorough check and tune up to ensure you're riding as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Your free service needs to be taken between approximately 6 weeks and a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Please note: To qualify for the free service you are responsible for bringing your bike into a store. Unfortunately collections are not possible.
