Simply arrange a convenient time with your local store and our bike mechanics will give your bike a thorough check and tune up to ensure you're riding as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Your free service needs to be taken between approximately 6 weeks and a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.

Please note: To qualify for the free service you are responsible for bringing your bike into a store. Unfortunately collections are not possible.

What you need:

Your height
Stand with your back against a wall with your shoes off and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head then simply measure from the floor to the mark

Your inside leg length
Stand with your back against a wall with your shoes off. Position a ruler or book between your legs and then measure from the floor to the top of the ruler/book. Having someone else help will make it a little easier
