The Charger4 is the everyday E-Bike for long-lasting riding enjoyment. Thanks to its fully integrated 750 Wh battery, it comfortably takes you through everyday life and far beyond. The suspension fork and suspension seatpost ensure a high level of riding comfort – making it just as comfortable and safe to ride on dirt tracks as on asphalt roads. Well-thought-out components, such as the versatile carrier and the bright light of the daytime running light, are ideal for daily commuting or an extended weekend trip in all weathers.
Frame design and integrated battery
The fully integrated 750 Wh battery and the Performance Line CX motor, part of the Bosch smart system, fit perfectly into the stylishly designed frame. So now you can ride up to 100 kmwith just a single battery charge. The optional Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh additional battery provides extra power: only as big as a drinking bottle and weighing just 1.6 kg, it can be stowed away in a backpack or bike bag. And should you spontaneously decide to go on a longer trip, then just attach the energy reserve to the down tube and continue riding for another 50 km without the need to stop and charge.
Integrated cockpit
The optional cockpit is perfectly integrated into the handlebar and impresses with its tidy cabling. The Kiox 300 display is the ideal smart gadget to have with you on everyday trips or more challenging rides – keep an eye on your trip and fitness data on the large colour display. Thanks to the adjustable angle of the stem, you can select a sitting position to suit your needs anywhere between comfortable and sporty. But the standard Intuvia 100 display without cockpit also creates a tidy appearance and provides an overview of your speed, range and much more. Conveniently use the LED Remote for both displays to select your riding mode: the colour indicates your selected riding mode.
Comfort
Uneven routes can be encountered anywhere, even in the city: cobblestones, rough gravel paths or potholes can quickly detract from your riding enjoyment. The suspension seatpost and suspension fork ensure that you’ll barely feel any bumps. And the optional comfort kit, with its classic curved handlebar and wider saddle, is the perfect solution if you want an even more relaxed ride, sitting more comfortably and upright.
Safety equipment
The Charger stands out with its enhanced safety. You remain in control when you have to brake suddenly, thanks to its optional Bosch eBike ABS 2.0: it reliably prevents tires slipping, the rear wheel lifting and the whole bike skidding out to the side. The standard Magura disc brakes also pack a powerful punch when you need to stop quickly– and you are always very visible to other road users thanks to the rear light with brake light. In the dark, the powerful headlight evenly illuminates the road, while the wide opening angle of the main beam ensures that you can see clearly on country roads.
Luggage system
Your Bike is perfectly equipped for the most diverse transport tasks, thanks to its standard carrier with MIK system. Whether you need to carry a bag to work, a basket for a picnic outing or two larger panniers for shopping – the MIK system lets you quickly and simply swap accessories. Child seats can also be mounted as the carrier is capable of withstanding a 27 kg load. No matter what or who you choose to transport, safety and stability is always paramount.
