The Supreme Hybrid Comfort ONE 500 is the Bosch-powered e-bike that you never knew you needed, but will wonder how you ever managed without. From its elegant Easy Entry frame with semi-integrated luggage carrier to its carefully chosen components, it's designed so you can just get on and go. The Bosch Active Plus drive unit with smart system and 500Wh battery works seamlessly with Shimano's reliable, easy-to-use 8-speed hub gears to make light work of any journey. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and Continental Contact Urban tyres help keep you safe in any weather. And we've included an integrated rear light, kickstand and an adjustable stem, too. It's got your name all over it.
Frame description
Simple, elegant, safe and practical: those are the qualities embodied by the Supreme Hybrid's frame. The PowerTube design incorporates the Bosch 500Wh battery inside the frame for sleek looks, whilst the Bosch Active Plus drive is housed so neatly you'll barely notice it's there. The Easy Entry design does exactly what it says, making access simple – and there's a wide range of sizes from 42 to 58cm, to make it simple for anyone to find their perfect fit. We used a tapered head tube because it's strong, safe and improves steering accuracy for easy, intuitive handling. There's a semi-integrated luggage carrier, and the frame is specifically designed for low-maintenance hub gears. But it's not all about practicality – we also used our Smooth Welding technique for an organic, elegant appearance that you'll love.

Please note: To qualify for the free service you are responsible for bringing your bike into a store. Unfortunately collections are not possible.
