We’re excited to announce the opening of our fourth Devon store. Bike Shed Outta-Town is located just off the M5 and within easy reach of Exeter city centre. The upstairs showroom is now open with a focus on the leading electric bike brands. The new store will have the same level of expert advice and wide choice as our other branches. The downstairs area with workshop, cafe and bike-fit will open soon.

Meet the Exeter Outta Town Team


Store Manager

Ben has been part of the Bike Shed team for a decade now and is an avid mountain biker. Days off are spent exploring trails and parks nationwide.


Assistant Manager

Andy has re-joined the team and has over 20 years of experience within the cycle industry as well as a Cytech Level 2 certification. He annually goes on cycling holidays in Mallorca. Current favourite bike Cannondale Topstone.


Bike Sales

Sukrit joined us in 2021 and commutes to the Outta Town store each day regardless of the weather on his Specialized Allez Sprint

Johnny Blaze is a man of many talents. Runner-Up International Bike Salesman of the year, Spotify operator, inventor of the single use ebike, the list goes on… His favourite bike is his Giant TCR.

Since turning 60, Pete still enjoys cycling a road bike and commutes in most days on his Specialized Roubaix


Bike Mechanic

Irish Joe has been a mechanic for 20 years and has a Cytech Level 2 qualification. He enjoys road cycling and has completed the Dartmoor classic 6 times as well as RideLondon. His current bikes include Specialized Crux, Cannondale Super6 Evo, and a Bianchi Impulso.

Paul joined the team as a Bike Mechanic in 2022. He spent many years racing mountain bikes for the military. His current favourite bike is a Specialized Enduro
