Items showing as 'In Stock' are available for immediate dispatch from The Bike Shed Head Office in Crediton. 

Items showing as 'In Stock (2 - 5 Days)' are in stock, but are stored at a warehouse or another of our shops. It can take us 2 - 5 days to get the stock back to head office before it can be dispatched. Any order that doesn't make it back to head office by the next working day is upgraded to 1st class delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands is available: Items that can be sent via Royal Mail will be charged at the standard rate, larger items may vary. Please contact us for a quote. 

Delivery outside of the United Kingdom is available on request. Please contact us for a quote. 

All in stock items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. For Express delivery or larger items, we use Parcelforce.

Bike Delivery

All bikes are delivered via Parcel Force 48 (2 day Service) and can only be delivered on a week day (Monday - Friday) between 8:30am - 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to advise a specific time window (e.g Morning or Afternoon delivery) however tracking information will be provided. 

Our bikes are prepared 'Ready to Ride' with the exception of fitting the pedals and straightening the handlebars - instructions will be included. We dispatch our bikes in full size bike boxes so everything including the gears are setup prior for minimum effort. 

Designated Day: Once you have made your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a convienant delivery date. Please note - Bikes purchased using finance must be delivered to the address on the finance application. 

For orders to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands please contact us to confirm we can arrange delivery.

Trek, Brompton & current year Whyte bikes can be purchased online, but must be collected in-store. This is to ensure the customer receives a personal level of service and that their new bike is built and fitted correctly for maximum enjoyment.

	For orders placed before 3pm and shipped via Royal Mail, we advise a delivery time between 2 - 3 working days. For more information on Royal Mail First Class delivery please see their website.

For orders placed before 3pm and shipped via Express Delivery (Parcelforce 24), we advise a delivery time between 1 - 2 working days*. All orders sent via Express Delivery require a signature upon delivery. If you're not home, a card will be left and you'll need to rearrange delivery with your local Parcelforce depot.  For more details please visit Parcelforce's website. Tracking information will be automatically emailed upon dispatch. *Working day is Monday - Friday and does not include weekends.

If choosing collect in-store, please ensure a telephone number is provided and make a note of your preferred collection location in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' section, in 'Step 4' when placing your order. This will help to speed up the fulfillment process. We will then contact you once your order is in store ready for collection.  To find your nearest store, click here.

We are happy to offer a 60 day returns policy for any item purchased from The Bike Shed website. All we ask is that the item(s) are returned unused and in the original packaging. Unless we have incorrectly fulfilled an order, or your item(s) were damaged during transit, we will not refund any associated delivery charges or cover any delivery costs when posting the item(s) back to us. However item(s) can be returned to any Bike Shed store free of charge. When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

Free delivery is offered when spending over £749 on bikes, and £35 on everything else.
