A keen road, gravel and mountain biker, he currently owns a Trek Emonda and Fuel plus a Specialized Diverge.

With 24 years of experience at the Bike Shed there is little Paul doesn't know. He's as enthusiastic now as he was when he started. 

When not working it's safe to say Paul will be mountain biking on his  Giant Reign SX.

An Italophile, Lance enjoys road cycling on his Trek FX 7.5 WSD when his over-trained IT band allows him.
