All of our stores provide workshop repairs & servicing for all types of bicycles. Our mechanics are Cytech qualified and have many years of experience.

Please note: there are specific e-bike brands we are unable to work on due to licensing restrictions and the lack of necessary diagnostic tools. Our focus is primarily on bikes sold within the UK retail environment. If you are unsure please get in touch with your local store.

Here at Bike Shed, we are fortunate to boast some of the most qualified bicycle service and repair technicians in Devon; we are home to 3 x level 3 Cyctech mechanics, 1 x Shimano accredited mechanic, multiple qualified Bosch Diagnostics technicians, even a fully qualified aeronautical engineer! Also, we have a number of experts in Shimano Di2, SRAM Etap and Campagnolo EPS systems, and two members of staff are trained to work with composite materials (carbon fibre to you and me).

With hundreds of years experience under our collective toolbelts, there is no bike repair job too big or small. We will undertake any repair from punctures on prams right through to full restoration jobs on bikes from the ‘20s. We are fully equipped to deal with Bosch electric bikes, Shimano Di2, hub gears, belt drive, suspension pivots, Brompton folding bikes, all brake types and all major suspension brands. All of our bicycle service and repair technicians have their own specialist fields so anything is possible!

As we are all cyclists ourselves, we know what it’s like when your pride and joy isn’t quite working right, so you can rest assured we will treat it with the utmost care and respect when it comes to working on and storing your bike. We can also boast a number of accomplished electric bike mechanics and all of our stores hold diagnosis software for the majority of electric bike brands.
