Keith might as well own Woodbury Common as you will find him there at some point almost every day of the the year. If he is not walking with his daughter and dog, he is out riding his mountain bike. This makes Keith the ideal ride guide as he knows every root and pebble that might get in your way. He has names for nearly all the sections of singletrack which Woodbury has to offer.

Keith is also an accomplished road commuter and can often be seen belting his way to work on a pair of skinny tyres.
