New Brand - Fixie Inc

Fixie Inc are a new brand to Bike Shed having arrived only a few days ago at our Exeter store. They are a high end German brand focussing road, cyclocross and singlespeed bikes with modern geometries but with the best steel and titanium tubesets available. Attention to detail is second to none with all the perfect finishing touches. We have their titanium and steel road bikes (Chip Race and Betty Leeds) and their disc brake equipped steel cyclcross bike (Pure Blood) in stock.

Chip Race (Titanium Road):
This beautiful seamless spacecraft grade titanium bike had all of us in the shop drooling over it as soon as it arrived (don't worry we've cleaned it now). Even the die hard mountain bikers in the shop are considering taking up road riding just as an excuse to get themselves one of these.
Combining the weight of a carbon bike with the smooth ride quality and durability of a steel bike this bike gives you the best of both worlds. Beautifully finished with the rear half revealing it's raw titanium tubes and the front half in a striking blue and white paint scheme. Finished off with top performing Easton carbon forks, painted to match of course.

Betty Leeds (Steel Road):
The Betty Leeds uses the same geometry as the Chip Race but in a more affordable (but still providing a wonderful ride quality) custom drawn, double butted and heat treated steel tubeset. The quality tubeset, easton fork and CNC dropout ensure that it still builds up into a very competitive weight bike that rides like no alluminium or carbon bike can.
We've built up one of the frames we have in stock with a Campagnolo Centaur groupset, DT Swiss wheels and Easton finishing kit but we're happy to build any of these frames to whatever specification you need and to help you choose the best build for you.

Pure Blood (Steel Cyclocross)
Taking advantage of the new relaxed rules on disc brakes in cyclocross this bike combines the best modern technology into a custom drawn steel frameset. Race past the competition as their rim brakes clog up with mud, take an offroad detour when you get bored of that road ride or tackle that tough commute. The Pure Blood is a versatile bike capable of doing it all.
