Force Century Cycle Challenge Evening

On Thursday 2nd June Bike Shed Exeter are holding an open house evening all about the Force Cancer Charity ride and how best to prepare both rider and machine. The evening will last from 5.30pm until 8.30pm.
The evening will include the following and more:
- A free Dr Bike session for advice and quick adjustments to race tune your machines (a no charge chance to get technical advice and help on gear set-up, brakes, tyres, you ask it we will try to answer it)
- Free bike-fit guidance, for comfort and performance (saddles, saddle height, pedal adjustment, stem reach, bar position etc)
- Free physio and massage guidance from the boys at Exeter Sports and Physio Clinic (a chance to sort those grumbling knees, wrists, necks, backs and bums)
- Free nutritional advise from Dr Andy Middlebrook (an alternative hydration approach to the local pub and how to fuel the tank with something different to Balti Chicken)
- There will also be a few special offers on your ride essentials
