Thursday Evening Talks
We hope that those of you who attended the last talk on V02 max and lactate threshold enjoyed it. We had a good turnout and have set Thursday 7th April as the date for the next talk. The subject for the next talk is 'Strength and Conditioning'.
Tuesday Evening Rides
The evenings are starting to get brighter and warmer so now is the perfect time to consider coming out on our Tuesday evening road rides. We saw 13 riders head out this Tuesday towards Bickleigh and then over Cadbury hill to Crediton and back again to Exeter
Staff Racing
Bill and Steve took part in the CS Dynamo 2up 10 mile time trial and it was good to see plenty of our customers taking part (and beating us!) too. It was a good way to stretch the legs after winter being the first of the season for most of us. Conditions were fairly hard with a strong headwind on the way out but a big tailwind on the way back. Bill and Steve finished 15th from 40 teams with a time of 24.30
Pete and Steve also took part in the last round of the Soggy Bottom winter mountain bike series. Pete unfortunately suffered an injury and lost out on winning the Sport category overall series as a result. Steve finished 3rd in the Sport category.
