Thursday 24th November Event

Thanks to everyone who turned up to the first event on Thursday 24th, we had a big turnout and an exciting event. Ian Fensome was the eventual winner and James Williams was second. We hope to see many of you again on the next event where Andy Middlebrooke will be around to answer your questions on strength and conditioning too.
Thursday 8th December Event

The second roller racing event was another success and we had another decent turn out and a good atmosphere. Ian Fensome won the mens race again and staff member Carly won the womens race. Andy Middlebrooke of Exercise Science Consulting was here to answer your questions about strength and conditioning too and provided some useful information and advice for us all.
We hope to see as many of you as possible in the Bike Shed Theatre (downstairs from the shop) on Sunday 18th December.
